We get every order packed and out the door within 7 days because quality gear deserves a little care, not a mad rush. Once it leaves our den with USPS, count on it landing at your door in 2–5 business days. Keep refreshing the tracking page like it’s your job or just let it show up whenever — we’re totally fine with either approach while you’re prepping for your next trail run.

The “Howl If Something’s Wrong” Policy
Our whole mission is for you to be stoked on your new gear. If it shows up busted, faulty, or just not what you ordered, we’ll sort it out — that’s our responsibility, plain and simple.
Here’s how it works:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll give you a full refund immediately — no interrogation, no hoops to jump through.
- You have a full 30 days from the day you bought it to reach out and let us know what’s up.
- The item just needs to be unused and exactly as it arrived — still in its original shape and packaging.
